A very good place for some delicious modern Mexican food. This place is very similar to Chipotle or a Qdoba but just that its more local. I loved it more than Qdoba and just as much as Chipotle. The best part is that they make fresh Tortillas for their Burritos! The fresh Tortillas taste much better and goes very well with the toppings. Their Guacamole is also very good. My personal favorite thing about this restaurant is that they have Tofu for people who do not eat meat! This is very rare and a very good addition to the menu. Something which more such restaurants should offer. Highly recommended!

This was the place my husband took me on our first date back in 2013. It was delicious then and even more so now. Burritos are huge and affordable. Their hot sauces are flavorful and spicy. I prefer the green sauce. The pork was moist and yummy.
I have only had GREAT experiences from this place. The burritos are cheaper than the competitors, they never skimp and the staff is fantastic. Not sure if it's the norm but they even let me buy bottles of their hot sauce
In my opinion Pancheros has the best tacos in Rapid City! The staff is friendly. The food is fresh and made to order. They offer variety of salsas. I’ve never been disappointed at this location.
The place I took my wife on our fist date in 2013. Such good handmade tortillas that are very large and stuffed with whatever you want. Affordable and you'll most likely have left overs to take with you! We went there again on Feb. 1st, 2020 and plan to go back when we are in the area again!
Such good food, and the only time I have to wait is when there's a bunch of Doordash orders in front of me. Better than Qdoba, IMO.
All the employees are friendly and roll a fine burrito. I enjoy going to Pancheros more than Qdoba. I leave happy every time and the place is clean.
